Teaching is everything to me. I have been an educator in ELL for more than thirteen years. Throughout my career I have always said even if I won the lottery, I would still teach. I love being in the classroom and learning from kids, no day is ever the same.
Along with being a teacher I am also a wife, and mother of two incredible little girls. Lucky does not even begin to describe how I feel about my life and what I do. AS for my education I received my undergraduate degree from Appalachian State in Boone, North Carolina on Anthropology and Teaching English as a Second Language. I received Masters is in Reading Education from Appalachian State as well.
I love traveling the world and I have been humbled by learning and amazed by the kindness of all people. The world is a pretty amazing place.
